From April 3 - 7, 2006, Berlin took center stage of the european water and gas supply and distribution. 630 exhibitors from 30 countries presented their innovative products and services on about 46.000 m² exhibition area.

Primus Line® is now certified after SCC / OHS 18001.
A safety management system after the SCC-criteria (SCC = Safety Certificate Contractors) regards the aspects of occupational safety, health and environmental protection. These criteria are condition for companies in the mineral oil industry.

Environmental management innovated and successful certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001
In October 2004 the company Rädlinger primus line GmbH has been successful certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001 by DEKRA-ITS (one of the leading certificater in Germany).
This new innovated environmental management system commits the company to an continous improvement in all relevant environmental questions and processes. The main focus is on the protection of resources. This means a permanent inspection and optimisation of energy consumption, waste burden and not to mention, material usage. This basic principle are definited in an environmental program and deep-seated in the business policy of the company.

Renovation of a drinking water pipline under the lake Bigge
The first application of Primus Line in the fields of drinking water attracted big attention. Within a construction time of only 4 days two parallel pipelines DN 300 under the lake Bigge has been renewed. The flexible pipe was installed in one insertion each, over a length of 200 m - including two 30°-bends. The costs were reduced to a third in comparison with conversative technologies. The show at the lake Bigge was followed by many representatives of reputable water supply companies of Germany.

Oldenburger Rohrleitungsforum - Dr. Stimmelmayr presented the Primus
Line®-technology in Oldenburg
The Oldenburger Rohrleitungsforum was again the big meeting point of the experts in pipe construction in 2004. The subject "Plastic pipes for pressure ranges of more than 10 bar" was moderated by Dipl.-Ing. Werner Weßing, Ruhrgas AG. Within this scope Dr. Stimmelmayr presented the Primus Line®-technology to the interested experts.

Primus Line has got the KTW and W 270-certification!
The Primus Line®-technology is now available for the drinking water area.
The advantages of the relining without adhesive, installation through bends and the preservation of the original diameter are now open for the water supplies.
The inner coating of Primus Line® fulfills the KTW-class A of pipes and new, the new
W 270-certification.

Primus Line® at the "gat 2003" in Munich
The gat 2003 of the DVGW set a new standard with a record number of visitors.
On 3.000 m² 100 exhibitors presented the latest gas technology to more than 2.500 visitors and experts.
The stand of Rädlinger Primus Line was permanent frequented over the 2 days.
The German gas experts were very interested in Rädlinger´s new plastic pipe, which enables relining without adhesive up to PN 25 bar.
The gat 2003 in Munich was an impressive event.
We are looking forward to the next gat 2004 in Frankfurt from 3. to 4. November.

Quality examination for Rädlinger primus line GmbH
In September 2003 the company Rädlinger primus line GmbH became certificated according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 by the DEKRA-ITS (one of the leading certificator of quality management systems in Germany). The DEKRA-experts were two days in the company to examine the area of "Project management and marketing of flexible high pressure pipeline systems".
According to Thomas Bergler from the DEKRA the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 has remarkable advantages as well as the international acknowledgement, openness and a high process safety.

Primus Line® at Moscow international exhibition "Oil and Gas" (MIOGE)
Primus Line® was represented at the exhibition "Oil and Gas" (24th until 27 th of June 2003) in Moscow at the stand of the construction vehicle producer Liebherr presenting the revolutionary aspects of this new technology for no-digging pipe renewal up to 25 bar (355 psi).
Result: Numerous conversations with very interested visitors of the Oil- and Gasindustry, a lot of pursueing contacts and a spry and forward-looking exchange of information.

Outstanding Interest in Primus Line® Technology for the Rennovation of Pressure pipe lines up to 25 bar (355 psi)
Dr. Stimmelmayr and Dr. Engl could be happy about the outstanding interest in Primus Line® Technology at the fair in Berlin. The visitors at the stand were again and again surprised how clear and uncomplicated a technology could be to renovate pressure pipes up to 25 bar (355 psi).

Primus Line®- Technology in the fields of drinking water pipes
Receiving the Certification according to "KTW-Empfehlung" of class A for Pipes
In the year 2003 Rädlinger Company plans the introduction of the Primus Line® -Technologie to the renovation of drinking water pipes.
In Germany there are two tests to pass in order to get the allowance for the usage as a drinking water pipe. The first certification is the so-called "KTW-Empfehlung", where the water taste and the chlorine absorbtion is controlled. The second test is a bacteriological examination according DVGW W270.
Dr. Schössner from the Hygiene-Institute in Gelsenkirchen was pleased to hand over the certificate of "KTW-Empfehlung" to Rädlinger Company. Primus Line® equipped with the flexible PE-coating meets the requirements of the "KTW-Empfehlung" class A for pipes.
The result for the DVGW W 270 test is expected in Mai 2003.
